Version V1.2 and higher of EasyMemo supports many functions to save and fill out complete Web-forms, Web-logins and Windows-logins. Easy Memo supports auto web fields too. You know about this function from the program "GATOR" and "RoboForm".
- With Easy Memo. You have the control about your data.
- You select, the time and path where your data be stored.
- Your data will be safe in the memory also on your disk drive or Memory Stick.
- You can use Steganography.
- No more messages and popups.
- No transfer of secure data out from your computer.  
You can add so many web-user as you want to your datalist. You can change your identity from one user to a other, to login with other username and password. For every user you can define so many logins, webforms and auto webfields as you want. You can define for the same login window so many logins for a user as you want. A special form of user is the "all user". If you create logindata, form data or auto webfields under this name, you can access them too if you selected a other user.
This means: If you have created as "all User" the auto Web field "name: Mr. Green". EasyMemo shows a dialog to fill out the field "name" of the formular with the value "Mr. Green". If you have defined under the current user another auto webfield "name: Mr. Blue" so you can select one of the values from a list.
Web-User create / change / delete

To define a new Web-User click at the System-Tray to the Easy-Memo symbol .
Select the menue "Web User:xxx"and then the menue "New User". A dialog will open. Please insert the name you want to use for the new entry.
You can find the new web user in the datalist "Web-Forms"
The user "All User" is the first entry you find.
To change a user name, click two times on the list entry to select the edit mode.
To delete a user with all the defined data select the user in the list and press "del"

to change your identity to a other Web-User click at the System-Tray to the Easy-Memo symbol .
Select the menue "Web-User:xxxx" go to the sub menue and select the user you want. Note: If you want define data for all user then select the "User:All user" entry.

Create a Web-Login

Easy Memo determines if you login to a site with login datas. The "New Login" dialog is opened with the actual login data. Now you can save this data under the current user, or change the user and save then the data.
You can do one of the following.
Create New Login: The login data will be saved. If you visit this site the next time with the same user name, Easy Memo can login for you.
Ignore Domain: Easy Memo will ignore the next times this domain if you visit them under the current user name.
Ignore-Site:
Easy Memo will ignore the next times this site if you visit them under the current user name.
Note. If you select "All User" the created login, the ignored domain, the ignored site applies to all user names .

Easy Web-Login

Easy Memo determines if you select a login field on a web-page. If the login data are stored for the current user or for the "all user" the "Easy Web-Login" dialog is opened with the login data.
You can do one of the following.
Login: The login form will be filled out with the data. If you have the "login directly" selected, the form will be send.
Change the login data: Click on the data you want to change, then press the "Spacebar" to select the edit mode. Enter the new data and press "Enter" to save your changes use the "Save" button on the right side of the dialog.
Note: If there are more than one login data, you can select in the list the one that you want. For the current user and the "all user" all defined login data for this site are listed.
Ignore Domain: Easy Memo will ignore the next times this domain if you visit them under the current user name.
Ignore-Site:
Easy Memo will ignore the next times this site if you visit them under the current user name.
Delete:
The visible login data will be deleted.

Create Auto Form field

You can create so many auto form fields as you want for every user. A entry contains the field name of a web form and the field value.
We have two ways to create a auto form field for the current user.
- select in the data list a web-user. Then select the
or in the popup menue "New Data".
-   if a "Easy Web Form" dialog is open, right click on the form list. Use the "define with xxx auto form field" or the "define auto form field from all" menue to create a auto form field.
If you create a auto form field with the values:
Name: mail,email,e-mail
Value:         testmail@testserver.com
Easy Memo will fill out the fields mail, or email or e-mail in any form with the value testmail@testserver.com.
To delete a auto form field select the entry under "Web-Forms/Userxxx/Auto Form Fields" in the data list. Then press "del"
