Easy Memo

Load Memo

at program start the last file will be loaded

If you start Easy Memo the first time, you can load a Memo with
the menue "file" or .
(load will not work, if a window is registered as a child of EasyMemo with the function. Please clear this function as in "end of data send" described )
for test you can load the demo.jrm from the start folder of Easy Memo. Change the entrys and save the Memo with a new name

Note: .jrm files are secure EasyMemo files.
You can store memos as .png or .bmp files in use of Steganography too

EasyMemo works with a multi de/encrypting function.
if you load a Memo they will be decrypted by the following way.
1. Decrypt the file with a internally key.
2. Decrypt the "decrypted file" with your personal password.

The datas to fill the data list are now readable.

Your user data (passwords, files a.s.o) are stored in the next level. They will only be decrypted, if you click on them and send send them to an other application.

Edit data

All data will be arranged in groups. .
You can add so many groups as you want.

..a group can contain groups again.

..a group can contain the following types of data:

eMail-Adress

A special form is the IE-Favorite group

Group functions create / change / delete

STRG+G	creates a group at the current datalist position. You can enter a name for the group.
F4	the name of the selected group can be changed.
STRG+L	the selected group with all contained data will be erased.
	Allows you to move groups and data with the mouse to a other position. Note:If you have activated the moving function, you can't transfer data to a destination window.

Data create / change / delete

STRG+E	creates a data entry at the current datalist position. You can select the type of data, insert a name for the entry and the data itself.
F4	you can edit the selected data entry. Change name, type or the data.
STRG+L	the selected data entry will be erased.
Hinweis:	Version V1.3 and higher supports drag and drop files directly from Windows-Explorer to EasyMemo.(only if you have this function not disabled in the options). You can transfer so many files to your Memo as you want. You can add a single file, or a group of selected files, or a complete folder at one time. You can save a Memo with files as steganography too. To open a stored file please read the "working with inserted files" chapter. Note: the source files will not be deleted.

A data entry can be moved with the mouse to a other group or to a other place in the same group. You can't move a data entry to a IE-Favorite group or to a Web-Forms group.

Note!
for highest security
create password entrys only if you are not online with your network or the internet.
If you have created the data entry, they can't spy out from a trojan or unauthorized user. (Please read the chapter send options)

Import of IExplorer-Favorites

you can import IExplorer-Favorites with EasyMemo. Add groups and favorites, edit and write back them to the IExplorer..
So you can create a backup from your favorites and restore them on any PC you want.
For this you can use all functions of EasyMemo, this means save as Steganography and loading from internet.

Menue Tools/Load-IE-Favorites	Adds in the current datalist a "IE-Favoriten" group. Reads the fovorites of the current Windows-User and stores them in this group. If you start this function more than one time, only the new favorites and new groups will be imported.
	You can edit the favorites with EasyMemo. You can also add new groups or favorites.
	to navigate your browser to a favorite, select them and click on this icon.

A data entry can be moved with the mouse to a other group or to a other place in the same group.

Export IExplorer-Favorites (backup function)

Menue Tools/Write back IE-Favorites	writes back the IE-Favorites to the Internet Explorer. For test you can write back to the new group \easymemo.

Save changes

You can save your changes at any time with the menue "save" or "save as".
To activate the personal password function, select the icon below.

Note! Easy Memo encrypt all data with a internally password. A memo can be loaded from everyone who have the program EasyMemo.
If you use a personal password, decrypting will done only with the personal password.
If you lose your personal password, your data will be lost too.

For highest security for your data please use the Steganography function of EasyMemo.
For data access over the internet use only Steganography.
