Easy Memo

I would like to administer my entrance data, how can I do that?

There are three ways .

1. Enter the data as under "create data" described. If the log in dialogue appears, drag drop the datas to these. (Note: not all login dialog supports this feature)

2. Enter the data as under "create data" described. If the login dialog appears, make the destination window to a kind of Easy Memo as in "data send" described. Send the datas by doubleclick. (Note: not all login dialog supports this feature)

3. Is it a Web login, make sure you have the Easy Web Function "Login" activatet. Login manually. Easy-Memo shows a dialog to store the data. When you next selecting the login, Easy-Memo can fill out them for you.

I must put in the same data in Web forms again and again, how can I do that?

There are four ways.

1. Enter the data as under "create data" described.
If you liked to fill out a form for Web, drag and drop the data to the destination fields.

make the destination window to a kind of easy memo as in "data send" described. Send the datas by doubleclick.

3. Create a Web-User and define some EasyForm Fields. If a web page contains a form, and field names agree with defined EasyForm fields, Easy Memo shows a dialog to fill out the fields automatically.

4. Is it always the same form, then the form can be filled out and sent. If the Web form Filler (options) is active, Easy-Memo store the data. When next selecting the form Easy-Memo shows a dialog to fill out.

How can i define easy form fields.

There are two ways.

1. Create a Web-User and define some EasyForm Fields.

2. If a form for Web is filled out and sent, EasyMemo shows a dialog to store this. In this dialog select the table with right-click. You can create auto fields with the menu option "as auto-Web fields".

I would like to store IE-Favorites, so that I had these

available at any time also on other computers?

There are two ways

1. With the tools menue you can store all IE favorites in the current Memo-File, with the same menue you can write back the favorites.

2. You can store Web-Adresses directly in Easy-Memo. Send them to the IE-Explorer or open the Web-Adress   directly with the Easy-Memo jump to adress buttonJumpWeb.

Must I create a own memo file for each application?  

No in a Memo can be store Homebanking data, IE favorites, and complete Excel files, Word documents and so on.

I have text, video, picture and Office files, which I would like to

protect against access of others. How can I do that?

There are two ways.

1. Add the files to a Memo (use drag and drop). Store the Memo with a personal password. Delete the original files. Easy-Memo makes this files on push of a button temporary available.
2. Use the Easy File-Krypt Function.  

I would like to exchange files surely by E-Mail. How can I do that?

There are two ways.

1. Use the Easy File-Krypt Function of Easy Memo directly from your E-Mail program. (right mouse button in the file dialog and "encrypt files". After encrypting select the created .jrmcry file and send this.)

2. Add the files to a Memo by drag and drop, save the Memo if you want with a password and send this.

I would create access to important information over InterNet.
It must be however guaranteed that these data cannot be spied.

Create a Memo with all your Information. insert files and whatever you want.

Select in the menu file the point "Stegano picture". Load with the "load picture" button a picture. Leave this dialog with "OK"

Switch on in the options under Steganography "password use" and enter a password. Store now the Memo with the menu option "save as..". Enter a name and select the png format. Easy-Memo create now a PNG picture with your secret data.

Load the created picture with a ftp program to a Internet address.

Communicate on safe way to the desired circle of people the Internet address of the picture and the password.
These persons must switch on in the options under Steganography "password use" and enter the password.

Now these persons can open the Memo with the "open from Web" menue. All information and attached files will be loaded.
